How it Works
- Schedule a Visit: You pick a time and place—whether it’s your driveway, workplace, or farm—and we’ll arrive with our fully equipped mobile setup. No need to worry about driving to a shop or losing your vehicle for days.
- Inspection & Prep: We start by inspecting the undercarriage (or equipment) to identify areas where rust is already forming or debris has collected. A quick cleaning removes mud, salt, or loose rust, ensuring the Fluid Film can properly adhere.
- Applying Fluid Film: Using specialized sprayers and attachments, we coat the vehicle’s vulnerable metal surfaces with Fluid Film, a lanolin-based product known for its deep penetration and long-lasting protection. It seeps into seams, joints, and hard-to-reach crevices—places where rust usually starts.
- Finishing Touches: We carefully avoid spraying brakes and moving belts, then wipe down any overspray from sensitive areas like rotors or exhaust components. If needed, we’ll use brake cleaner afterward to ensure optimal brake performance.
- Self-Healing Barrier: Unlike thick, hard coatings that can crack or trap moisture, Fluid Film remains flexible, forming a “self-healing” layer. If it’s ever nicked or scraped, the product around that spot naturally flows to fill the gap, keeping rust at bay.
- Quick Turnaround: Most vehicles are done in an hour, and you can drive immediately afterward. Farm equipment or larger fleets may take longer, but we always work efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Annual Reapplications: Rust-proofing works best when renewed each year—especially before winter salt goes on the roads. A simple yearly treatment helps you avoid costly repairs and maintain a better resale value over the life of your vehicle or equipment.
